About the Founder

Dr. Andrew R. Wichterman, PhD, LPC, NCC, is a counselor educator and licensed professional counselor with 19 years of clinical practice and 14 years of teaching experience. He serves as an Associate Professor in counselor education, training future clinicians in assessment, clinical skills, and spiritually integrated counseling.

He is the Co-Founder of Remnant Counselor Collective, an online community for Christian mental health professionals, and maintains a specialized ADHD-focused clinical practice that includes assessment, education, and practical support for children, adolescents, and adults. His work emphasizes research-informed care, ethical practice, and sustainable mental health strategies for everyday functioning.
